Before launch I test every page, button and form on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows, check that pages load fast, and fix any bugs — so your customers never find them first. I can also test an app or site someone else built and give you a bug report.

Before your project goes live, I check it for the most common security problems and fix them: the secure padlock works on every page, it's protected against common attacks and spam, and scammers can't send emails pretending to be you. You get a simple report in plain English.

If your website collects anything about customers — a contact form, bookings, payments or visitor analytics — Canadian privacy rules (PIPEDA, and BC's PIPA) expect you to explain what you collect and why. I write a clear privacy policy for your business and add it to your site. It's a solid starting point, not legal advice — for anything unusual, have a lawyer look it over.
